Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Medical Appointments Scheduling over Calls
  2. To update medical status in the system -Show/ No- Show
  3. Medical Report Follow-up from the Diagnostic Centres
  4. Quality Check & Report Uploading
  5. To schedule the medical appointments of Insurance and Corporate customers.
  6. To send daily Show/ No- Show updates to HO
  7. To reschedule No- Show appointments of insurance customers as per date and time communicated by the Advisor
  8. Daily follow- up with the medical centres for dispatch of medical reports
  9. Scrutiny and uploading of medical reports based on the Quality Check checklist, which is used in reviewing the documents uploaded onto the Access database
  10. Follow up with the diagnostic centres for any query received from HO and closure of same within agreed TAT
  11. To ensure medical reports TAT targets are met month on month.
  12. Escort the HNI customers for their medical check-up as and when required
  13. Effective coordination with internal departments ( like Call Centre, QC Team, Billing Team, other location Branches)
  14. Ensure all queries related to customers/diagnostic centres are handled effectively
  15. Grievance Handling

 Requirements :

1. Candidate should have 3-4 years of experience working with a TPA.

2. should be well versed with branch operations activities - Reports upload, Appointment confirmation, DC confirmation, Customer calling, Email handling.

3. Should have good rapport with local insurers / insurance spocs.

4. Should be able to communiate in English. Hindi and local language.
