Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Counseling around 100 customers over the phone every day who have downloaded DocsApp, Following up with them and converting them into sales.

  • Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information.

  • Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Achieve sales targets

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience.

  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English and Hindi.

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

  • Team player.

  • Experience in HealthCare domain will be preferred.

  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

  • Knowledge of MS office.
