JOB SUMMARY:

  • Attending to customer calls inbound and outbound
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the scope
  • Update records of customer interactions, and actions taken as disposition
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to ensure quality of the calls are good.
  • Customer support experience
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Requirements

  • Good verbal communication on English, Hindi and any other regional language.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with basic system knowledge and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
