Background to the role:

  • Inside sales Agent cold calls Doctors from standalone clinics and understand the services offered by the clinic and Doctor
  • Identify and get the contact of the right stakeholder involved in the decision-making process (Doctor).
  • Explain about MediBuddy DocsApp Company and about Medibuddy DocsApp OPD Clinic Network and how we can help clinics generate business
  • Communicate and Negotiate commercials with Doctors and get agreements signed
  • Follow up on Go-live formalities post closure
  • Maintain a pipeline of hot, cold and warm leads and intervene at the right frequencies

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Making multiple outbound calls to Clinics generate interest and awareness
  • Researching potential leads from Existing business directories, web searches, or digital resources like Just Dail, Practo
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clinics
  • Closing the sale - go-live, service provider registration, contractual and payment formalities and other data collection
  • Observing Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
  • Building pipelines with channel partners to close sales
  • Maintaining a database of clinics along with contract details and offerings

Skills:

  • Min 1 year of experience in a Inside Sales Cold Calling
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential Doctors
  • Previous experience in outbound cold calling center, inside sales experience, or experience in calling and onboarding doctors
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Good understanding of healthcare industry and healthcare services
