Funding

April 2016: $1.2 million was raised as seed funding from Facebook's angel investors Anand Rajaraman and Venky Harinarayan, along with Japanese Venture Capital firm Rebright Partners. Dec 2017: We then raised $7.2 million during Series A round of funding from Bessemer Venture Partners (BVP), Japanese investors Techmatrix Corporation and DeNa networks. Existing angel investors Anand Rajaraman, Venky Harinarayanan, and Japanese VC Rebright partners also participated in this round. April 2019: $2 million in Venture Debt from Innoven Capital

 

JOB/ POSITION SUMMARY

  • Manager / Assistant Manager Partnership and Alliances: The candidate is expected to own up partnerships for MediBuddy_DocsApp with a focus on revenue and user growth

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Drive brand awareness, user growth, and incremental revenue via brand alliances.
  • Planning and executing multiple co-promotional and mutually beneficial joint marketing campaigns with partners across categories
  • Creating cashback campaigns with Banks and Financial Partners to get an instant spike in revenue.
  • Developing affiliate marketing and influencer marketing channels.
  • Consistently work with partners for newer campaigns and scaling them for better conversion. 
  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them.
  • Explore and close partnerships for ad sales.
  • Work closely with the product, design, marketing, and technology teams for implementation, as needed.
